Raw-material washing
Loofah is washed and machine-rinsed until no dust, plant residue or green skin remains.
Cutting & drying
Fruits are cored, then dried to a controlled moisture level for a consistent texture.
Quality & odor check
Every batch is checked for color, softness and smell — anything scorched or musty is rejected.
